The Ten main steps of the procedure with the tasks to be performed by Client and/or by Barbero & Associates (BA) - with the cooperation of the current holder of the domain names - to securely transfer the domain name portfolio herein are the following:

Acquire an updated copy of current zone file of each domain name herein (which must be provided by the current provider unless you have access to their DNS) and send them to [email protected].Please also verify the entities hosting the corresponding websites and email addresses (Web Servers and Mail Servers) and existing hosting contracts.[Step performed by Client]

Verify at you end, if any web redirect 301 was activated for any of the domain name herein, indicating the configurations of each Domain Names.[Step performed by Client]

Reconfigure the DNS configuration on our nameservers.[Step performed by BA]

Activate the possible web redirect 301 (pls see point 2).[Step performed by BA]

Request to current provider the change the DNS servers from the current provider to the BA ones, on the basis of the list that we will provide you (activity that should be provided free of charge for you);[Step performed by Client]

Request to the current provider to unlock the domain name (if the status is clientTransferProhibited or similar).[Step performed by Client]

Acquire the AUTH-CODE of the domain name herein from current registrar.[Step performed by Client]

Start the transfer procedures of domain name from current provider to BARBERO & Associates.[Step performed by BA]

Make sure that transfer requests will be approved (or at least not opposed) by the current provider and/or current registrant.[Step performed by Client]

Update the whois data with the new Registrant.[Step performed by BA on the basis of the information provided by Client]
