I would like to inform you in advance of important upcoming policy changes regarding .VN domain registrations. While the official announcement will be issued soon, I am providing this early notice to give you ample time to prepare and communicate with your team or customers accordingly.
1. Domains Registered After July 1, 2025:
For any domain registered after July 1, 2025, the following requirements will apply:
- If the required documents are not submitted within 10 days, the domain registration request may be cancelled.
- The application will only be completed once the Registry has verified the submitted documents.
Required documents:
- Registration Form
- Business Certificate (for organizations)
- Passport or Personal ID (for individuals)
2. Domains Registered On or Before June 30, 2025:
For any domain registered on or before June 30, 2025, partners are required to submit the following documents before August 1, 2025:
- Business Certificate (for organizations)
- Passport or Personal ID (for individuals)
3. Contact Information Requirement:
Partners must ensure that all four sets of contact information are accurately maintained in our system for all .VN domains—both existing and newly registered.
- For new registrations, if the contact information is incomplete or inaccurate, the application will be rejected by our Customer Service team.
