b) have the registered office based in one of the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA)*, the Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino or the Swiss Confederation (registration for subjects other than natural persons)
*EEA = 27 EU Countries + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
The Administrative contact must be the legal representative of the Registrant entity if the Registrant is a business entity/Public Organisation/Association.
