REQUIREMENTS
- Anyone worldwide can register .rs domains. Local Presence is not required in Serbia.
Suggested Usage:
- co.rs - domains can only be applied for by Companies (Serbian or Foreign)
- in.rs - domains can only be applied for by Individuals (Serbian or Foreign
- org.rs are for other legal entities (Serbian or Foreign)
- edu.rs domains can only be applied for by Educational Establishments (Serbian or Foreign)
- AUTH-CODE is required provided by the current registrar.
- The transfer retains the current owner: therefore in order to transfer a .rs domain they also need all current whois data of registrant.
REGISTRANT UPDATE
The change will be initiated by the Registry of National Domains of Serbia (RNIDS), which will send emails from the e-mail address [email protected] to the current and new registrant to the registered e-mail addresses to confirm the change.
The current owner will also receive a form in the verification e-mail that he needs to print, certify and sign (if it is a legal entity, it should be signed by an authorized person), and then forward it to us.
When both owners approve the change and we get a certified consent, and RNIDS approves, the change of registrant is complete.
