REGISTRATION
The registrant must be located in the EU or UK.
Please note that upon submission of Registration order , an "Authorised registration request for .sk" form will be automatically sent out to Registrant where each applicant will have 72 hours to "Agree" or "Decline" that they have read and agreed to abide by SK-NIC Terms and Conditions. Additionally registrant will need to confirm that they have read conditions related to the protection of personal data under these Terms and Conditions at the time of the corresponding registration. Registrations cannot proceed without the express approval.
The transfer must be carried out while maintaining the current owner of the domain name.
The transfer is started with an authorization code, provided from current registrar.
REGISTRANT UPDATE
After the start of owner change procedure, confirmation mail will be sent to current owner from Nic.sk.
