- This has to be filled out on screen, printed on the Registrant´s company letterhead and signed by Administrative Contact. Please be aware that the Registry will reject forms not printed on company letterhead. Only the form in Italian is accepted by the Registry.
- SM Electronic Registration Form MRE
- The Technical Contact has to send an email with the Electronic Registration Form (MRE) in the body as plain text (no attachment!), fully filled in, with subject 'New Domain: mydomain.sm', to the email address [email protected].
If the Registrant is an Individual:

- This has to be filled out on screen, printed and signed by the Registrant.
- SM Electronic Registration Form MRE
