REGISTER
At the registry level, there is a clear differentiation between Registrations made by Legal Persons (organisations) and Natural Persons (individuals).
When registering a .LT domain the customer agrees that he has read and understood the Registry Policies.

TRANSFER
Note: It is not possible to Change the Owner (Trade) of a domain name at the same time as a Change of Registrar (Transfer).

Registrar changes have to be initiated by the registrant by logging in at https://www.domreg.lt/:
Using his login name and password (registrant receives login and password information via email after domain name registration) and specifying new registrar (BARBERO & Associates Ltd).
If you do not have or forgotten your login details you can request it https://registrant.domreg.lt/rngen.
After the registrant has initiated the registrar change in the web interface of the registry, the TRANSFER has to be requested in our system. Our system will take over the domain administration from the old registrar.
Transfer requests initiated in the web interface by the registrant are valid for 7 days. After this period, the registrant has to initiate the registrar change again.

TRADE - OWNERCHANGE
Registrant changes have to be initiated by the registrant by logging into the registry's website https://registrant.domreg.lt/?loc=en

Using their login name and password (the registrant received login and password information via email after domain name registration) and specifying the new registrar (BARBERO & Associates Ltd).
If you do not have or have forgotten your login details you can request at https://registrant.domreg.lt/rngen.
After the registrant has initiated the registrant change in the web interface of the registry, the TRADE has to be requested in our system.
TRADE requests initiated in the web interface by the registrant are valid for 7 days. After this period, the registrant has to start the registrar change again.
If the domain name contains a reserved mark, the registrant can't initiate the registrant change themselves, but has to contact the registry support to provide the new registrant details and prove the new registrant's rights to the domain name mark.
After the domain name registrant change, the new registrant can't initiate a domain name registrant change in the registry's domain administration system for the next 30 calendar days or has to ask the registry to initiate the registrant change. In this case, the registrant has to provide the registry with a written agreement between parties of the last domain name registrant change.
