While local presence local presence is not required for the administrative contact, the registry requires that the domain application is digitally signed by a citizen of one of the following countries who holds a digital ID: Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Belgium, or Latvia.
If using own Local Presence for administrative contact:
Application form EE_Application_Form.pdf should be downloaded, filled in and ensuring that the local administrative contact details are correct and then printed on company letterhead. This document must then be digitally signed by the administrative contact personal ID using the appropriate digital signing process. For example, Estonian citizens must use the Digidoc process: https://digidoc.sk.ee/. This document must be sent to BA in ddoc format.
If using BA's Local Presence for administrative contact:
Only the Local Presence Consent form EE_LPConsent2.pdf should be downloaded, filled in, signed and printed on company letterhead and sent back to Ascio. Ascio will complete the application form on your behalf and submit to the registry inserting our local presence information. We will then arrange for this to be digitally signed by our local presence agent prior to submission to the registry.
Please Note: This option may however take up to a week to complete thus delaying the registration.
