1. Registrant Update Current Owner (sp_holder.pdf)
To be filled out by current registrant, signed and stamped

2. Registrant Update New Owner (sp_interested.pdf)

To be filled out by new registrant, signed and stamped.

3. A copy of the current registrant's Identification (passport, etc.)

4. A copy of the new registrant's Identification (passport, etc.)

Owner change where company is the same but name has changed or there is a name correction

Document(s) Required:

1. Owner Name Correction (owner_name_correction.pdf)
   • This document has to be signed, stamped by the current owner.
2. Documentation proving that the two companies are the same (i.e companies must have the same VAT number); the Business Registration Certificate with the name change may be sufficient.

Please note the Owner name change will only be processed if:

1. The domain has been transferred to Iphost as Registrar (in case the domain name is on another registrar)
2. The domain name must not be within 15 days of expiry date. If it is, it will need to be renewed it first.
3. The registry has received the necessary documents stated above.
